1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and phmaya ("phmaya," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at phmaya.bio. These Terms govern your access to and use of the phmaya website, mobile experience, games, promotional offers, payment services, and all associated content and features (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the phmaya platform, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phmaya's Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use phmaya's Services.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on phmaya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not restricted at the time of each transaction or gameplay session.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register, nor have you been previously excluded from phmaya or any other gaming operator for problem gambling.
• You have not been declared legally incapacitated or otherwise restricted from entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.

Each user is permitted to maintain one (1) account only on phmaya. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of any balances associated with duplicate registrations. Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification and a government-issued ID for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification prior to first withdrawal.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmaya account credentials, including your login password and any OTP codes received via SMS. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your phmaya account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of a security breach.

• Notify phmaya immediately by contacting [email protected] or via live chat if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Do not access phmaya via anonymising tools, VPNs, or proxies in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.

phmaya reserves the right to conduct identity verification and KYC checks at any time. Failure to satisfactorily complete verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

phmaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phmaya does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals for verified accounts.

• Minimum deposit: ₱50 via GCash or PayMaya; ₱100 via bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 via any method.
• Withdrawal processing: GCash withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods owned by and registered to the same individual as the phmaya account holder. Third-party payment is not permitted.
• phmaya reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend standard processing times.

Any funds deposited into a phmaya account are held for the purpose of gaming activity only. Unused deposits may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. phmaya does not pay interest on player account balances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phmaya offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a bonus-specific promotion page, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to player accounts in PHP.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• phmaya reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Fraudulent or abusive bonus activity, including multi-accounting or collusion, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on phmaya — including but not limited to live casino table games, JILI and provider slot titles, online bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by rules specific to each game type. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable game rules before placing a wager.

• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game results are final and are not subject to retroactive amendment except where a demonstrable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a disconnection during live gameplay, bets already placed before the disconnection will be settled according to standard game resolution rules. phmaya is not liable for losses resulting from network failures on your end.
• Sports betting markets are subject to their own settlement rules. In-play odds are indicative and may fluctuate. phmaya reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined due to data feed delay.
• The maximum payout on any single bet or game session is subject to platform-level limits published in each game's information panel. phmaya reserves the right to limit the account of any player identified as a consistent advantage player at its sole discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

phmaya is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Filipino players. Access to phmaya's Services is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and older. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PHP. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders at intervals of your choosing. phmaya will display an on-screen notification at your set interval.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month, or 1-year) or permanent exclusion from phmaya. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed within the chosen period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phmaya and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or manipulate odds.
• Colluding with other players, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in sports markets.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including unauthorized use of third-party GCash or bank accounts.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or underpaid jackpots and failing to report them.
• Engaging in money laundering or using phmaya as a mechanism to transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, deposit limits, or self-exclusion.
• Accessing phmaya on behalf of any person who is self-excluded, underage, or otherwise legally prohibited from gambling.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phmaya platform — including but not limited to the phmaya logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of phmaya or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any phmaya content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phmaya's aggregate liability to any user arising out of or related to the use of phmaya's Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. phmaya shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events including typhoons, natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated platform suspensions.
• Third-party payment processing delays outside phmaya's direct control, including GCash or bank system downtime.

Nothing in these Terms limits phmaya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

11. Termination

phmaya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, or where continued account operation poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk. Upon termination for cause, phmaya may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

You may voluntarily close your phmaya account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not release you from obligations incurred prior to closure, including any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phmaya shall first be submitted to phmaya's customer support team for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process within thirty (30) days, you may escalate to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. The Philippine courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phmaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of change. Your continued use of phmaya's Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
